Standard Rental Agreement Cancellation: If you cancel 24 hours before the trip date you will get a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the trip date 50% of the sale will be charged as a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of trip time a full amount will be charged to the client. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100 for each carpet and/or seat cleaning and sanitation in case of spilling liquids or others. drug use is prohibited by law and any related fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet for point-to-point transfer at and half hour for Airport pick up after gate opens for domestic flights and one hour for international flights, at $1.50/min. The increment is 30mins for the hourly booking. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (weather, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle (we check the vehicles after each run and we will contact you if anything is found). Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
