Standard Rental Agreement Cancellation: If you cancel  24 hours prior to the trip date you will get a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of trip date 50% of sale will be charged as a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of trip time a full amount will be charged to the client. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100 for each carpet and/or seats. Cleaning and Sanitation in case of spilling liquids or others. drug use is prohibited by law and Any related fines will be paid for by the customer.
