No Show terms: No show on date of arrival or departure will be considered a cancelation and is not refundable. On departure date Please be ready 15 minutes prior to pickup we will wait for 10 minutes after pickup time noted.
CANCELLATION - Cancellation must be made 24 hr in advance otherwise no refund will be provided. According to the policies and standards of Secretary of Transportation in Baja California Sur changes can be made up to 5 hr prior to the service that is provided. Last minute changes cannot be guaranteed, service will depend on vehicles availability, Further changes to charges that have been made will NOT BE ALLOWED!
