TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Smartrip Limo is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdowns while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time or submitting a refund based on the time loss. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation of bodily fluids fee is $300.00. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Smoking is not permitted in any of our limousines, there is a smoking fee of $250.00. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity, charter can be terminated without a refund if client persists on doing so, it is by law that all vehicles stay at seating capacity or below. All contracted moneys are due at the start of event, additional hours can be paid at the end of service on the date of the event. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards are accepted.
