Smoking of any kind is NOT ALLOWED at any time. No exceptions. Alcohol is allowed but must be 21 years old and obey all local laws. The driver may, at his or her sole discretion, terminate the contract without refund if at any time he or she deems anyone in the client's party to be engaging in illegal activity, acting rude or unruly, or damaging the vehicle. Luxury Limos LLC cannot be held liable for delays due to weather, traffic or other situations beyond our reasonable control. Luxury Limos LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed upon date. You are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle by yourself or any of your guests, if intentional, accidental or by neglect. Unsafe road conditions may require us to reschedule or cancel a trip, due to excess snow or ice. We will not jeopardize the safety of our drivers, clients or vehicles in unsafe road conditions. The stated passenger seating capacity of the vehicle must not be exceeded at any time for insurance, state regulation and safety reasons. Luxury Limos LLC is not responsible for any items forgotten/ lost/ stolen/ damaged in the limousine. We will make a reasonable attempt to help you get your items back. Overtime begins 15 minutes after your designated drop time and is charged in 15 min increments at the standard hourly rental rate for the vehicle. Full payment is required by the date of service. Please keep in mind it's very expensive to maintain, repair and clean these vehicles. Please respect our vehicles that we have worked so hard to keep nice for you. $250 fee for vomit $250 fee for excessive mess/ spill/ trash $10 each Broken glass $50 fee Lost or stolen Media, DVD, charging and aux cables All other damages will incur 125% repair cost. By making a reservation with Luxury Limos LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions of the contract whether or not physically signed.
