Our policies are simple and we support all the services we offer. If you must cancel or reschedule a reservation, please contact us by email ([email protected]) or by calling the company directly (+52 322 146 8193). If you must cancel at any time after the following allotted time periods, you will be charged the full price of the reservation. We are flexible and happy to work with you and your company if you need to change departure or arrival times, as long as these changes are made in a timely manner. This policy is subject to change. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required when booking any trip. We recommend that you make your reservation at least 48 hours before the actual pick-up time. However, last minute bookings are possible depending on the availability of the vehicle. Reservations scheduled within 12 hours of pickup are non-refundable. Agree to all terms and conditions and are responsible for payment for the services requested. If it is necessary for you to cancel a reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply. Limousines: If a Providing false information may constitute a breach of the terms. By processing your request, you cancellation is made within 48 hours, we will charge 30% of the original rate. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the date of service, we will charge you 100% of the original fee. Mercedes Sprinters: If the cancellation is made with less than 12 hours of anticipación we will charge the client 100% of the original rate. SUVs: If the cancellation is made less than 8 hours in advance we will charge 100% of the original rate. Vallarta Limos is not responsible in the event of mechanical breakdown while in service and will only be responsible for making up for lost time on a mutually agreed date. The customer assumes sole responsibility for any and all personal items lost, stolen or missing during the rental term. Any fines incurred as a result of not following these policies are the responsibility of the customer. Once the booked vehicle is sent for pickup, charges and fees are nonrefundable in regards to the passenger’s error in the vehicle’s capacity. The chauffeur has the right to finish the race without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the customer(s). It is not responsible if the customer did not see the full description of the policy. All policies remain applicable.
