Cancellation and refund policy is all trips booked must be paid in full within two weeks before reservation time. If trip is canceled within two weeks of the reservation, there is subject to cancellation charges such as cancellation two weeks or less will have a 50% refund cancellations of one week or less will have a Zero refund 0% For our first time customers, if you have to cancel two weeks or less before the trip, we will transfer 100% of your trip payment towards your next booking during our current available schedule Each trip fair will have a $15 booking fee that is already included in the price that you receive this means that if you book a trip and for example your price is $100 that trip price is really $85 plus the $15 booking fee the $15 booking fee is nonrefundable, so if you canceled your trip Three weeks before the scheduled date and you paid $100 already for the trip you would get refunded $85. That is just an example so every fair has a $15 booking fee already in it. All refunds and credits will not include the booking fee.
