No refunds

All deposits are nonrefundable. AP Luxury Limousines, Inc. is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to our cars caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the car. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity. Luggage can only fit in the trunk of our cars; there is absolutely no luggage in the car or on the seats. Depending on where the trip will happen, manhattan congestion surcharge or parking fees are not included and can be charged at a later moment.   CHILD SEATS: As per insurance regulations, our chauffeurs cannot install child seats; the passenger is responsible for doing so!   CANCELLATION POLICY: 6 hours before pick-up time
