CANCELLATION: 0% charge for cancellations before 48 hours prior to trip. 50% charge for cancellations within 48 to 24 hours of trip. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of trip / no show. No refund for special event bookings (Rose Bowl, Concerts, etc.) DAMAGE POLICY AND FEES: The customer shall be responsible for any and all harm and damages suffered by the company, its agents, employees, or third parties, including but not limited to the vehicle, in regard to cleaning, breakage, burns, or other interior or exterior damage to the extent of the actual cost to repair or replace, with a minimum charge of $200.00. If any such damage to the vehicle(s) makes it necessary for us to take the vehicle out of normal service, you will be liable for revenue reasonably lost at 50% of our normal hourly rate. CLEANING: In the event that there is spilled fluids or excessive trash left in the vehicle, a clean-up fee of $150.00 will be charged. If anyone in the group regurgitates in and/or on the vehicle, a clean up fee of no less than $250.00will be charged, even if you try and clean it up yourself. No exceptions. Sick sacks are available onboard, in the unfortunate event that a passenger gets sick. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Consumption of Alcohol and or Narcotics and Controlled Substances is prohibited by law and will result in the immediate termination of the service. The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The operator/driver has the right to terminate the trip, without refund, if he/she feels that the party is not abiding by the above rules or is putting the vehicle and or the operator at risk.
