Full refund with 24-hour notice. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS are permitted in any of our Limos. NO SMOKING is permitted in any of our limos at any time; you may request the driver to pull over for you to exit the vehicle to smoke. If you smoke in our limos, there will be $250 FINE. Those under the age of 21 will not be permitted to drink alcohol. Violation will result in the service being terminated, and no refunds will be given. Alcohol will not be permitted in the cars for proms, homecomings, or other school dances. Under the age of 18, it is a state law that the divider stays down unless accompanied by an adult. Any damage by you or any of your guests of the event party to any part of the vehicle will be the responsibility of the individual signing this agreement. Damages will be charged at 150% of the repair cost. The contract signer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle chartered prior to departure to determine previous damages. There will be a $150 charge for excessive cleanups such as spills, food caked into carpets, bathroom messes, etc. $200 cleanup fee for vomit.
